While it’s not mandatory to book an appointment, we do encourage it as it will help you save time. Patients with appointments will be given priority over walk-ins. Yes, your doctor will provide you with a medical certificate if they deem them necessary. Please discuss this with your doctor during your consultation. Important note: medical certificates cannot be backdated.
Unfortunately, no. You will have to book an appointment to see a GP and come in person to get the referral. This is because the doctor will need to review your request and prepare a referral letter accordingly.
